What’s a party pack?

To make hosting easier for you, we’ve created curated party pack options that are collections of our favorite flavors or ice cream pairings to make parties or gatherings easier. They’re available for local delivery or pick-up from any local area scoop shop. For more details on each party pack, click here.

What events should I order party packs for?

Any event where you want ice cream! From birthdays and showers, to office meetings and family gatherings, we’re perfect for any occasion.

How many guests does each party pack serve?

Our standard party pack sizes serve 10-12 people. If your party is more than 10-12 people, we recommend purchasing additional pints a la carte. Everybody’s ice cream appetites are different, but generally, every pint serves 2-3 people, and every quart serves 4-5 people.

My party is over 50 people! Are party packs the best option for this?

We recommend looking into our staffed options for parties over 50. Please fill out an inquiry form here and someone from our events team will reach out.

Can I modify one of your preset party packs?

You’re not able to modify a party pack but if you’d like a specific flavor combination, or if you’d like to add additional flavors or items, all of our available flavors and items are sold a la carte.

What flavors do you offer?

We offer curated flavors in our party packs but if you’d like to order additional flavors a la carte, we have a variety of dairy and vegan flavors, including a rotating seasonal menu.

Do you offer anything other than ice cream to make my party a success?

We recommend adding on the “Make it a Sundae Party” pack, which includes a VL branded scooper, VL sprinkles, VL fudge, VL cups and utensils to make your event a sundae party! You also have the option to purchase any of these items separately as add-ons.

Can you deliver?

Yes! We’re available for local delivery during regular store hours on your favorite local delivery platform.

I’d like to pick up my order instead! When can I do so?

We’re currently available for pick-up during regular store hours. You can select pick-up as an option in the storefront link at the top of the page when you check out.

What if someone at my event has an allergy or dietary restriction?

Allergens for each party pack are listed on the ordering site; please note, pints may come hand-packed. Despite our efforts to support all dietary sensitivities, we cannot guarantee that our scoop shop flavors and menu items are 100% free of allergens due to the potential for cross-contamination. PLEASE REFER TO THE PHYSICAL PINT FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE ALLERGENS.
